What you’ll be doing: This year we have been pounding new business growth, re-marketing and are massively successful. You’ll start there! Afterwards depending on your ability, interests and attitude you’ll be working on any number of projects like, program training, new products, internal tools, improving our already great culture.
Company Meetings: We celebrate our success. We have our Annual Meetings in places like Disney, sports events, games, contests, team dinners, boat rides etc.
The Process:
1. You give us your crazy good resume.
2. We can video call over Skype or have a phone call to see if you know what you say you know.
3. You come meet the team and check chemistry.
4. You’re Hired!

Responsibilities:
- Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary client service
- Advising current policyholders on insurance coverage for their specific needs and rounding existing personal and commercial products
- Frequent client interaction through phone and email
- Training and working with new employees on procedures
